London is on my list of places to go but I found this on a website and it sounds pretty interesting. You have to blog about this if you do it. :)

As a New Yorker, I have a hard time agreeing with bagels in London, but I do know of one amazing place for bagels in southern Delaware (much to the disbelief of other New Yorkers) so I’m not going to disagree. However, my food choice in London would be Wagamama. Not highfalutin, but tasty nonetheless and a techie girl’s gotta give props to their wireless order entry system.

My number one sightseeing destination would have to be St. Paul’s Cathedral (absolutely breathtaking artistry). While you’re there, get a picture of yourself, and as many strangers as you can, in the traditional red phone box nearby if it’s still there (experience says it can hold at least 5 people – if not more).

Another great picture place to visit is obviously Buckingham Palace. I prefer a picture with the bobbies as opposed to the guards, but I couldn’t get all of them to laugh either… On your way there, I dare you to get a picture on the tank at the military facility if you can find it (the tank is inside the gate, but it’s possible). Of course, also close by are Hyde Park and Picadilly Circus. I missed Madame Tussauds so tell us how that is if you stop by (we’ll call it an homage to Steve Taylor).

I can’t believe how silly this is to be giving tourist suggestions for London to a Brit, but I guess I don’t do that much sightseeing around home either. Either way, I hope you’re having fun and getting your fair share of Earl Grey. Make sure you have it with a scone, jam, and clotted cream it’s soo much better…

well, one of the places i want to go see is the tower of london, and you should definately go on the millenium eye! been on it twice and its a great view from the top! dont be put off by the queue, you’ll be surprised how quickly it moves!
and you should go down oxford street and bond street for a bit of shopping! always good! (especially if you can find a bargin!)
glad you’ve had fun in england. you should come back and do a worship tour over here. i guarenttee they’d be pack out!

I was at iscape last week and it was awesome. I’ve come away and feel God has placed on my heart some sort of future in worship but i only play the piano and am teaching myself the guitar. I don’t even know if it was God. If it is i’ve never really done anything like it other than sing a few times in my church and in many stage productions. If you could dropme an e-mail that would be fab! Have a great time. England rocks! Don’t dessert us come back soon hehe
