Co-writing With Jared Anderson….on Skype!

That's killer you're writing with Jared. I had the opportunity to open for him in Colorado last year and then he invited me to play some acoustic worship with him afterwards. I'm probably a faded memory for him by now, but he was super encouraging to a nobody like me. He took the time to track me down after I played and tell me I did great. Meant a lot.

As for Skype, I've got it on my computer but rarely use it. Evidently you need someone on the other end who wants to talk to you in order for it to work right? I don't know… still trying to figure that one out.

Ha, you almost tricked me. :) I first read this post by RSS (which I can't comment or see videos through, and sometimes can't see pictures either), and just came back and saw the pic for the first time. I tried to click on it to see if it was a video that would play…

Ask for Skype; I think that's an awesome idea! And thanks for the info on how you set up the session. I'm all for making the most of technology, and I'll have to give that a try and see how it goes. Nathan stopped by my place and we met for the first time and started working on something when he was in Seattle for a friends wedding. I guess we could keep working on that by Skype. It'd probably be a lot nicer way than phone and emails! I'll just have to get a faster connection in my apartment first. My only connection there at the moment is by tethering my laptop or desktop through my mobile phone.
