In my PhD research one of the people I’ve most been enjoying reading is Sherry Turkle.

This video is a really interesting perspective, as Sherry began as a raving fan on the online world and techy gadgets. She was on the front cover of Wired magazine years ago. And she gave a TED talk about it in the thick of all that excitement.

Now she’s returned to TED and delievered a new perspective:

I’m not saying I agree with her, but it’s interesting none the less.
