Hi Vicky, yes David Parker was inspirational, and I hope Jesus helps me to use his teaching to produce good fruit. Its great to know that God can expand us in our broken heartedness.Your worship though really led me into the heavenlies, and as for extended worship??? I got so lost it felt like I was being robbed when you stopped.!!! Thank you for that.We all felt the same.

May He continue to inspire you in your songwriting, and leadership, and mentoring.
love Nicki

Hi Vicky,
I too have just come back from New Wine. I went to the worship seminar you did on Wednesday afternoon and it was brilliant. You are a real inspiration to young Christian women today.
Thanks so much for all your hard work this week - the worship was AMAZING!!
May God bless you in all that you do in His name.
Jo :)

Hi Vicky
just got back from New Wine and checked out your website, having bought your latest CD there. Fantastic worship this week; Dave Parker was inspirational, but your music really lifted myself and friends there during the whole week. Thank you so much, keep up the good work!

So Vicky - now you're in the UK are you going to do some shows for us Brits?

I'm sure we'd welcome you at our little church near Oxford. We regularly sing your songs (especially when I'm leading worship!)

Hey Vicki! I was reading your earlier discussion on the predestination/Calvinist/Arminian thread, and was intrigued. I have a post on Sept. 13 that seeks to answer the question, "Was Jesus a Calvinist?" Anyway, for what it is worth...

I love your music!

The "London Underground" that kinda cracked me up because I started to think about "Never Where"...

Seriously, I didn't realized Paddington was anything more than just a bear, cool I guess.

Got first comment! :o)

Of course I remember Paddington Bear (and his love of orange marmalade)!

...and I saw Dark Knight with another Victoria this weekend... but I think that the name may be where the similarity ends. You'll get a bit of the right idea if you check out the air freshener that was hanging in her car! I posted it on Twitpic. :o)

Here's a couple quick thoughts in answer to your question. Part of the problem with not responding to crisis is the feeling that we are not able to help, or the feeling that others will help so we don't have to. I think facing up to the fact that - though we may not be perfectly qualified, we are capable of helping, and that - though there are others who could help, they may be waiting by for us to take action. If we don't take action, perhaps no-one will. Let's get moving!
