Something happened to me for the first time in my life this week…. Someone asked ME for a cooking recipe.

Those of you who know me through twitter and my blog know how FUNNY that is, as I am such a dummy when it comes to cooking!!!

I tweeted about making some oven roasted vegetables last week, and a few people @replied me, asking for the recipe.

So…for those who asked, here is my little ‘how to’….. :)

I can almost guarantee you WON’T learn anything from this video, as it’s all SO basic!

But I enjoyed having you guys watch me as I try to cook healthily…. :)

As you can probably tell from my blog, I’m a huge fan of technology and a self-confessed geek.

But from time to time, I like to examine the things I give my time and energy to…and ask hard questions about the things I enjoy most.

I took the photo above in a recording studio in England. It made me laugh because the phone is so huge and looks so old fashioned! It reminded me how fast technology develops and that something we thought was incredible a few years back, now looks prehistoric!

I’m aware that I love having the latest gadgets, and that I almost start salivating when a new Apple product is unveiled. I’m also aware that I spent hours a day on my laptop, and that a large amount of my friendships happen through texting, facebook, skype or twitter. I rarely go a couple of minutes without looking at my phone and checking messages or tweets.

Having thought about it the past few weeks, I feel like there are huge pros and huge cons to all this technology…So here are my honest and in some cases, a bit painful, reflections…..
