During the Saddleback Worship Conference a few weeks back, I sat down with CJ, who reports for Conversant Life.

Over a cup of coffee, with plenty of laughter and fun, he asked me questions about life, worship and the future.

It was great catchup what the Lord has been helping think through what role of women ministry seek after the God's Heart I am proud of you!

Vicky-
it's awesome to have women in ministry, and great that you are seeking answers in that.
God calls women to be in His ministry, serving Him, serving others. Praise Him for women who stand up and obey His call.
However, I don't believe it is scriptual for women to be pastors of a church, the teachers over men, UNLESS there are no others who are qualified or will step up to God's calling for their lives. On the flip side of that coin, being a pastor's wife is a high calling and you are still VERY involved in the ministry and used by God, so that is awesome!!
