Having looked through all the entries and being impressed, this is the winner! Joel Klampert sent the two banners above, and the twitter icon. Don’t they rock? 
Here is some more info about Joel and his design work:
Joel is a freelance graphic/web designer, worship leader, and veteran blog ninja. He lives in Middletown, RI with his amazingly beautiful wife and 4 brilliantly talented children. Joel loves it when people hire him for design work because his super cute kids get to eat.
